Shipping Information

We accept orders at any time — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders placed on will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm EST will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following business day. 

Unfortunately Via Citrus does not ship internationally yet. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please note that we do not currently ship to freight forwarding locations, hotels, PO Boxes, Military (AFO/FPO), AZ, CA, LA, HI, TX, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, and Northern Mariana Islands.


Return/Exchange Policy

We are extremely proud of the quality of our partnered farms and the citrus trees they raise. Unfortunately, sometimes things can go awry in the shipping process. It's our goal to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our plants, we do not accept returns but can offer exchanges or money back if for some reason your plant is not received in satisfactory condition. 

It's important to note that damaged leaves or small branch breakage can be a normal part of the shipping process and does not necessarily affect the health of your new plant. A simple trim of any damaged leaves or stem and your plant will put out new growth. Check your package carefully when you receive the delivery. Should your order arrive damaged, email a photo to along with the order number within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We’ll make sure you receive a quality replacement or offer your money back.
